1. Introduction of Trustees

2. A report from the Chair of Trustees on the achievements and work of the Board over the past year.

3. A Treasurer’s report on the History Centre’s finances will be presented.

4. To ratify the change to the constitution in that the number of Trustees be increased from a maximum of seven to a maximum of eleven. Ratification will be via a show of hands.

5. To discuss plans for the Centre.
